Property Description
The charming and pristinely-preserved art deco design of this cozy boutique hotel is just one of the many reasons vacationers choose to stay at the Greenview Hotel. The 45 rooms in this hotel are simply furnished with a queen bed, desk, chair, and night table.
Amenities include: Cable TV with premium channels, Hairdryer, Iron with Iron/Board, and FREE internet access.
In keeping with its classic, boutique style, rooms are immaculately styled with the elegance of another era wooden floors, coir rugs, large showers and simple, antiquated desks mark the furnishings. The only exception is the cable television in the corner. Amenities such as in-room air conditioning, free morning newspapers, and complimentary breakfasts and newspaper keep guests feeling comfortable and at home.
This 1939 Hohauser hotel was completely renovated in 1994 by Parisian designer Chanan Minassian. It is close to all the South Beach night life but yet still secluded enough to give you a great night’s sleep in the oasis-style comfort of this warm and wonderful hotel.

We are one block from the convention center, across the street from the New World Symphony and one block from Miami Beach.
All the attractions of South Beach are within a short walking distance of the Greenview Hotel. Whether you are interested in the beach, superb restaurants, trendy bars & clubs, designer shopping, the beautiful Art Deco architecture or just people watching, there is always something to do in South Beach.
Vibrant Lincoln Road with its restaurants, galleries, theatres and up market boutiques is easily accessible as is The Miami Beach Convention Center, which hosts Art Basel and the Miami Intl Boat show.
